Building Elara Sydney has been one of the most meaningful things I have ever done.
Every single piece in this collection was chosen by me, personally. Not by a team. Not by an algorithm. By me, a woman who genuinely believes that the right piece of jewellery can change how you carry yourself through a day.
But life had other plans.
A few months ago, something happened in our family that changed everything. I'm not going to share all of it here, some things belong to us. What I can tell you is that my little girl, Ellie, needs her mum right now in a way she never has before. And after weeks of trying to be both, I've had to make the hardest decision I have ever faced. To close the brand I built from nothing, so I can be fully present for her.
Continuing is no longer sustainable, and I would rather be honest with you than pretend otherwise. You have trusted me with your money, your time, and your loyalty. You deserve the truth.
This is not how I imagined this chapter ending. But I am proud of every piece I put my name on, and I am proud of every woman who wore them.
As my final act, I am releasing everything that remains at up to 60% off. Not as a promotion. Not as a marketing tactic. Simply as my way of saying thank you, to every woman who believed in something small, independent, and built with love.

We are based in Sydne, Australia but we ship worldwide to most countries for free! Items are shipped based on inventory availability.
On average it takes 5-10 working days for your order to arrive from dispatch. However, in some cases, it may take up to 3 weeks for your jewellery to arrive depending on the country.You can track your order here. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us a messagehereand we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Yes, you have 30 days to return the goods.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please contact us here as soon as possible to see if it is possible to amend your order.
If you wish to cancel your order please submit your request through our returns portal, if cancellation is unavailable it could mean yourr order has been already shipped. For any issues please contact us here.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP here and provide your new address. Please note that if the order has already been shipped we will not be able to amend your address.
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. But don't worry, we will make sure that you get your parcel :) If for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will always offer to ship you a new one completely free of charge - simply contact us here.
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
